I read the full story about this on the internet. This pilot took a black shoe(surface navy officer)general for a ride in his jet. He gave him a good briefing on what to do and what not to do except what to grab(and what not to grab!)when they became weightless and he was hanging by his seatbelt straps. So, what does he do when this happens? He grabs the ejection handle between his knees. The pilot heard a loud "POP" followed by a loud rushing noise. He thought the ECS system had failed(sudden massive air conditioning in the cockpit)and it took some time to figure out that the general was gone. Don't you know he caught a lot of verbal trash from his fellow generals. Deservedly.
