    Yes, you are right... Hind was first... when Sikorsky built first helicopter in Russia and it was this Mi-24 Hind :) of cource :)
    and of course russians are not copping anything from USA :D

    BTW Hind was designed in 50-60, and russians still fly on this "flying devices" :)

    you're all wrong, the AH-1 was the first true attack helicopter. its the first helo designed for attack only.
