I didn't know that the dihedral of the outboard wing was adustale for the SR-71...something to do with hypersonic flight?

No adjustable dihedral here... if you pay close attention the left side panel of the nacelle, attached to the wing tip has been rotated.... the only plane i know w/ adjustable dihedral is the XB-70
