This was a 727 ia DFW that had improper flap setting for take-off, not windsheer.

It's actually DAL191, which was a combination of windhseer AND improper flap setting which was prior to windsheer detection equipment

No it is not Delta 191. Delta 191 was an L1011, this is the nose of a 727

This was Delta Flt. 1191. It happened after 191 in DFW. I worked for Delta and knew several people on the plane who survived and the guy who planned the load for this flight. Bad, bad deal.

It was Delta 1141 on 31 AUG 1988. Most people survived. 14 of 108 died. See NTSB report at: http://www.airdisaster.com/reports/ntsb/AAR89-04.pdf

Distinctly not DAL191:
L1011s did not have 'eyebrow' windows (the small windows above the main windows). The nose of the L1011 is also blunt, whereas this is pointed. This is a 727.
